The PBT loose tubes and required insulated copper wires are stranded around the metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. In the center of cable is a steel wire metallic strength member. Armored with laminated aluminum tape, and a PE sheath is extruded to protect the internal components. The PBT loose tube is filled with a waterproofing compound and wrapped with aluminum tape to form a tight moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant barrier, effectively protecting against soil moisture, acidic and alkaline corrosion during duct installation. The outer PE sheath is not only abrasion-resistant, reducing friction damage during duct installation, but also offers excellent UV resistance, making it suitable for long-term exposure in outdoor overhead environments. Through rigorous mechanical testing, it can withstand a tensile force of ≥1000N and a compressive force of ≥1000N/100mm. It operates stably in complex duct routes installations or in the wind and rain of overhead installations.
